Job summary

OurPharma is seeking an Independent Sales Representative (1099) to build and expand relationships with hospitals, health systems, and surgery centers, selling 503B compounded sterile products in compliance with FDA regulations.

You will manage and grow existing accounts while pursuing new business, present products, and negotiate contracts. This role requires traveling to client meetings and industry events, with uncapped earning potential and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably within a 503B outsourcing facility.
• Established relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and health systems.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Working knowledge of 503B FDA regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build and execute a strategic sales plan independently.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Proven pharmaceutical sales experience, specifically within a 503B outsourcing facility (highly preferred)
• Established relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare systems (highly preferred)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets
• Working knowledge of 503B FDA regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
