Salesfolks is recruiting Inside Sales Account Executives for a Sterling, Virginia-based operation. This full-time, onsite role focuses on building conversations, winning new customers by phone, and growing accounts across a broad healthcare product portfolio.
You will receive comprehensive training on the market, products, customer base, and sales playbook, with earnings built on a base salary plus commission. High performers can achieve strong, long-term income through consistent activity.
Expected first-year on-target earnings: $90,000–$120,000
Salesfolks has been retained to recruit multiple Inside Sales Account Executives for an established, privately held pharmaceutical and medical-supply distributor in Sterling, Virginia.
This is a sales role for someone who knows how to create conversations, build trust over the phone, follow up relentlessly, and turn activity into revenue.
You do not need a background in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
The company will teach you the market, the products, the customer base, and the sales playbook.
What matters most is that you are a strong outbound salesperson: ambitious, coachable, persistent, organized, and motivated by the opportunity to build real income through consistent sales execution.
This is not traditional pharmaceutical sales.
You will not be driving from doctor’s office to doctor’s office promoting one branded medication.
You will work from the company’s Sterling office and sell a broad portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical products to licensed healthcare organizations across the country.
The company serves hospitals, inpatient pharmacies, surgery centers, infusion centers, long-term care providers, government agencies, and other licensed healthcare buyers.
Your job is to develop business relationships, identify customer needs, quote opportunities, close orders, and grow accounts over time.
This is not a passive order-taking job. It is also not a narrow appointment-setting job. This is a full-cycle inside sales role where strong performers can build customer relationships that become increasingly valuable over time.
This is a base-plus-commission sales role.
A representative performing at expected levels has the opportunity to earn approximately $90,000–$120,000 in total annual compensation, or more.
The company has also demonstrated substantially higher earnings for sustained top performers under its base-plus-commission structure.
Based on current compensation records, the company’s top sustained sales performer earned a median of nearly $300,000 in total median annual compensation over a five-year period. Other leading performers have experienced similar levels of success.
These figures are not guarantees. Individual earnings depend on performance, customer development, account growth, market conditions, and the company’s commission plan.
They do, however, show that the upside is real for people who can sell, stay consistent, learn the business, and build long-term customer relationships.
The best people in this role are not simply “good with customers.” They are disciplined revenue generators.
