Innovativ Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to manage physician accounts in the Henderson area. This role covers Primary Care and Specialty products, offering entry-level or experienced candidates a pathway into field-based medical sales.

You will build relationships, coordinate product promotions, and develop territory strategies while maintaining compliance and ongoing product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Sales abilities with interpersonal skills and account management experience.
• Field based role requiring valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion within local territory.
• Drive pull-through and awareness with physicians.
• Build strategic relationships with general practices, hospitals, and clinics.
• Develop strategies, tactics, and sales programs.
• Plan and organize sales calls in the territory to optimize performance.
• Maintain knowledge of product, market trends, and regulations.
• Complete industry pharmaceutical sales training and CME education.
• Review contracted product performance and adjust actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team to support pull-through strategies.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
