Job summary

Immune BioPharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to cover Primary Care and Specialty accounts. This role welcomes entry level or experienced candidates with a passion for scientific communication and a proven sales mindset.

You will engage with physicians and staff, understand reimbursement landscapes, deliver product education, and develop account-specific sales strategies while ensuring compliance and outstanding customer service in the local territory.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred in pharma, entry level accepted.
• Ability to understand scientific and technical medical information.
• Willingness to drive and cover local territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, and Customer Engagement expertise to specialist customers in support of our pharmaceutical products.
• Understand the reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialist customers and identify the appropriate resources to refer customers to for reimbursement and distribution choices, adhering to PhRMA guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge and data, which are constantly changing, with respect to the pharmaceutical products you represent.
• Provide product educational programs/in-services to customers.
• Work within Compliance guidelines and our industry regulations at all times.
• Develop strategies and tactics to generate sales.
• Develop and implement strategies specific to each customer within an account (Office Manager, Physician Assistants, nurses, billers, secretaries).
• Effectively manage allocated resources (financial).
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to our customers' requests, inquiries and needs.
