Prism Biotech, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Primary - Specialty and Entry Level) to drive profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts within a defined territory by regularly contacting medical offices, hospitals, and rehabilitation institutions.

The Pharmaceutical Sales Rep will provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing and in-servicing, and will consult with physicians, nursing staff and medical office

Qualifications

• Some college and/or sales experience is desired.
• Proven customer acumen and relationship-building skills in a healthcare environment.
• Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based sales process.
• Strong written and verbal communication and clear thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages.
• Solid process orientation and resource management experience; ability to multitask.
• Education and some knowledge of Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Providing healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers.
• Consulting with physicians, nursing staff, phlebotomists and medical office staff to secure product orders and increase usage.
• Sustaining or generating new or repeat orders for all products and programs.
• Completing required reports accurately, completely and in a timely fashion.
• Other duties related to the position.
