AbbVie is seeking a warehouse associate in North Chicago to support daily operations, including order picking, inbound inspection, and cross-training across areas to ensure accuracy.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating forklifts and RF scanners, and adhering to safety and GMP policies in a fast-paced environment.

This position emphasizes teamwork, quality, and timely shipments within a GMP setting, offering opportunities in a manufacturing/warehouse context.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related pharmaceutical warehouse experience.
• Able to perform basic math; read and understand training documents in English.
• Experience with ERP systems (prefer SAP), MS Office, RF scanners.

Responsabilités

• Comply with policies to maintain training, safety, GxP and government standards.
• Process paperwork in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to adapt to fast-changing work demand.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the operation with a focus on accuracy.
• Accurately receive and inspect inbound product/material for OS&D.
• Pick customer orders for shipment and ensure correct items are selected.
• Transfer and locate material to storage or shipping locations.
• Verify quantity, quality, labeling and address with the order to ensure shipments are complete.
