Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations or similar, with 2+ years as Warehouse Lead.
• Very strong working knowledge of DEA, TSA, FAA, IATA DOT, IMDG, and/or FTZ compliance regulations for receiving/shipping.
• Proficient use of warehouse management systems (e.g., PI, SAP) to track and trend data.
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Understanding of plant economics to drive efficiency and reliability.
• General computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
• Must lift 50 lbs or more with assistance.
• Able to stand, bend, reach, squat, climb for 8+ hours.
• Pass medical screening and/or background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 13 Warehouse Associates.
• Direct operational activities and scheduling.
• Analyze equipment performance and address alarm/issues.
• Enforce safety, quality, environmental, and GMP policies.
• Organize problem-solving and implement process improvements.
• Maintain professional conduct and report issues.
• Provide input for evaluations and performance reviews.
• Participate in meetings and share information for efficiency.
• Communicate clearly to ensure group cohesion.
