OverviewUSAntibiotics in Bristol, TN is seeking a hands-on Supervisor of Warehouse Operations to lead inbound, storage, and outbound activities in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will own daily shift start-up, labor allocation, SAP transactions, inventory accuracy, and adherence to SOPs, while coaching a warehousing team and coordinating with Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with several years in warehouse or manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, materials, or manufacturing with at least 1 year as lead/supervisor
• Able to read and execute written procedures and complete controlled documentation
• Experience using ERP/WMS for inventory transactions and SAP is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead shift start-up, labor allocation, and daily priorities for receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure inventory accuracy with cycle counts, FIFO/FEFO practices, and proper data discipline
• Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, and Transportation to maintain lot traceability and compliant records
• Coach and develop team members, manage attendance and performance, and support audits and CAPAs
