Job summary

Coating Place in Sauk City, WI is seeking a Material Specialist I to join its cGMP warehouse team. The role covers receiving, staging, material movement, and shipping of materials used in Pharmaceuticals, Dietary Supplements, and Food Ingredients.

You will perform monthly cycle counts, enter data in ERP, and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment while adhering to Coating Place SOPs and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating material handling equipment and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and move up to 220 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and move materials in a cGMP warehouse.
• Ship/receive materials; inspect and document; enter data in ERP.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; maintain inventory accuracy.
