Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in San Diego, CA is hiring a Materials Management Associate II to support GMP material receipt, storage and internal logistics across PCI sites. The role requires handling temperature-controlled materials, following SOPs, and maintaining GDP documentation while training on day shift and later supporting 2nd shift with a 10% differential.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in warehouse/inventory, strong problem solving, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage and transfers of GMP materials.
• Maintain SOP knowledge and training curriculum.
• Handle materials in varying temperatures with PPE as required.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and narrow-aisle equipment.
• Maintain regular, reliable full-time attendance.
• Uphold PCI Pharma Services values and policies.
