Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH seeks a Materials Handler I to support inventory control for fill/finish operations. You will assist with receiving, shipping, data entry, labeling and cGMP documentation, emphasizing accuracy and timely logistics.

Responsibilities include inventory logs, cycle counts, preparing WIP kits, and ensuring proper material storage. A minimum of 1 year’s experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in materials/logistics.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School or Equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills; ability to use Microsoft Suite.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Loads and/or unloads material between dock and truck with hand truck where applicable.
• Moves materials between statuses and locations within the plants.
• Processes delivered materials according to procedure placing an added immediacy on temperature sensitive receipts.
• Delivers received shipments accordingly.
• Prepares work-in-process (WIP) and lot specific kits supporting Manufacturing Processes manufacturing and shipping supplies as outlined in procedures.
• Records and maintains accurate inventory logs for all manufacturing components.
