Job summary

Coating Place LLC is seeking a Material Specialist I to join our Verona, WI team. You will handle receiving, staging, movement, and shipping of pharmaceutical and related materials in a cGMP warehouse.

The role requires attention to detail and proficiency with ERP systems, along with forklift or pallet jack operation. Typical duties include monthly cycle counts, inventory transactions, and maintaining strict documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, drum dollies, stretch wrappers, and pallet exchangers.
Receive, stage, move, and ship materials, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Perform monthly cycle counts and ERP transactions.
Maintain organized warehouses and handle hazardous materials per SOPs.
Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety policies; follow regulatory requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
