Candidates should have pharma warehouse experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of inventory controls. The position emphasizes compliance, safety, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or experience preferred.
• 3–5 years warehouse experience; clinical supplies preferred.
• 4–6 years pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Understanding of investigational material supply chain and regulatory/quality requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork competencies.
• Ability to multitask and reprioritize workload.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Material control or inventory knowledge.
• PIT license, CDA, DOT & IATA certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GMP materials for scheduled manufacturing dates by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Order materials and track orders through fulfillment.
• Track inventory usage and replenish as needed.
• Physically receive material into inventory system.
• Perform sampling against analytical specifications.
• Keep warehouse orderly and clean; purge aging inventory.
• Move materials to/from manufacturing floor and packaging areas.
• Pick, pack, and ship materials domestically and internationally.
