Responsibilities

• Ensure staff are trained and conduct performance reviews as scheduled.
• Monitor operations and direct supervisors and staff to meet unit goals.
• Interact with internal and external customers and explain procedures.
• Develop work schedules based on priorities and resources; adjust as needed.
