Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or relevant experience.
• Must pass security screening to attain Controlled Drug Agent status.
• Must read and understand procedures written in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure area compliance with corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly assignments are completed per schedule.
• Ensure direct reports are appropriately trained to complete tasks and complete performance reviews as scheduled.
• Monitor daily work operations and provide direction to supervisors, group leaders, or staff to achieve goals.
• Interact with internal and external customers, meeting regularly and explaining procedures.
• Develop work schedules for the department by assessing priorities and resources.
• Maintain personnel records and update the database to reflect changes.
• Develop or identify new work processes to improve utilization of resources and drive continuous improvement.
