Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator at the CDSM Lake County facility to support clinical manufacturing by ensuring GMP materials are ready for scheduled production. You will coordinate with vendors, stockrooms, QA and leads to maintain inventory accuracy and timely material flow.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound shipments, inventory tracking, packing and preparing materials for packaging and third-party manufacturers. A strong emphasis on compliance and safety is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• 3–5 years warehouse experience; clinical supplies warehouse preferred.
• 4–6 years pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Understanding of investigational material supply chain and global regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Must have material control or inventory knowledge.
• PIT license, CDA, DOT & IATA certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
• Order materials and track orders through fulfillment.
• Track inventory usage and replenish as needed.
• Receive material into the inventory system.
• Perform sampling for materials against specifications.
• Maintain warehouse in a clean, orderly state.
• Move materials to manufacturing and packaging areas; ship to sites.
• Lead the warehouse pack-out area and coordinate shipping activities.
• Ensure all CGMP requirements are met and support investigations.
