WEP Clinical in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operations, warehousing, and GDP-compliant practices, handling intake, shipping, and distribution.

The role emphasizes inventory management, documentation, and collaboration with Quality and Logistics teams; candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs; a bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with science or supply chain focus.
• Experience with logistics and refrigeration is preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake, shipping, and distribution of products.
• Support inventory management and physical stock counts.
• Maintain documentation for receipts, orders, and shipments.
• Back up Logistics team, especially courier ordering.
• Contribute to warehouse maintenance and safety tasks.
• Provide administrative support to Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse ops.
