Job summary

Actalent, a global leader in engineering and sciences services, seeks a Training Consultant to plan, develop, and deliver learning programs across commercial and medical audiences. You will manage projects from needs assessment to rollout, build materials, and facilitate sessions for multi-disciplinary teams, including new hire training across field roles.

The role emphasizes strong instructional design, facilitation, and the use of LMS tools, with a focus on leveraging AI to enhance training

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering pharmacological/biotech training for Commercial and Medical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple training workstreams and keep stakeholders informed.
• Strong facilitation skills in person and virtual settings.
• Establish trust and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage training initiatives including timelines, materials, and stakeholder reviews for new product launch readiness.
• Support new hire training with blended home study schedules and live sessions at Morristown, NJ headquarters.
• Familiarity with LMS to create, edit, and assign learning content for internal customers.
• Design and compile live, virtual, and self-paced learning materials: facilitator guides, slides, workshops, job aids, assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via reports, knowledge checks, and surveys; propose improvements.
