Job summary

ESource Corp is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support a new customer-facing training curriculum for a major biopharma client. You will translate strategic content into engaging ILT, VILT, eLearning, microlearning, and job aids, applying adult learning principles and scientific accuracy.

You will collaborate with curriculum leads, SMEs, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple modalities in a remote, fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience in pharma or biotech.
• Experience in ILT, VILT, eLearning, and performance support.
• Strong foundation in adult learning theory and best practices.
• Excellent collaboration across Medical, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content aligned to the curriculum framework for customer-facing field teams.
• Collaborate with curriculum leads, SMEs and stakeholders to ensure scientific accuracy and quality.
• Create engaging materials: ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos, and performance tools.
• Apply adult learning principles to ensure knowledge transfer and field applicability.
• Participate in content reviews and manage timelines and version control.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with launch/training schedules.
