Qualifications

• 8+ years in instructional design, enterprise learning curriculum development, or organizational change management.
• Experience designing and deploying training for large-scale tech or AI-enabled transformations.
• Measuring adoption and training effectiveness with data-driven curriculum refinement.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee enterprise-wide change and training curriculum for transformation.
• Define the communications strategy across the enterprise — ensuring all levels understand why, what, and how work is changing.
• Translate role redesigns and process blueprint changes into practical, accessible learning programs delivered at the pace of AI deployment.
• Coordinate training delivery alongside each new technology and AI agent release to ensure readiness before go-live.
• Measure training effectiveness and adoption signals — adjust curriculum based on data, not assumptions.
• Build reusable change and training assets that can be applied across transformation programs.
