Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a high-energy sales professional to join our nationwide team in Davenport, IA. You will develop and manage an assigned territory, promoting our client's biopharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare professionals.

Expect to build strong relationships, shape territory plans, and influence prescribing decisions through clinical insight and strategic discussions. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years in pharma/medical sales or B2B sales,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2 years' pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
Must live within territory or territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

Proactively demonstrate and promote client's products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and brand reach.
Create and execute a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
Leverage knowledge of clinical studies and managed care to consult and tailor discussions to physician needs.
