Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in pharma or healthcare preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently while managing a territory.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication.
• CRM experience with Veeva or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Analyze territory performance and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage territory as a business, prioritizing accounts for ROI.
• Deliver clinical and product information to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and office staff.
• Maintain CRM records and manage territory expenses within budget.
