Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across an assigned U.S. geography.

The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, executing strategic territory plans, and delivering clinically accurate product presentations to support patient care. You will manage accounts, analyze market dynamics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize business results while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Independent work style with strong territory management.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a territory business plan aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyze territory performance, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the territory as a business, prioritizing accounts and resources to maximize ROI.
• Utilize CRM and sales analytics to optimize targeting, call planning, and territory execution.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance objectives.
• Establish relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling and clinically accurate product presentations.
• Execute promotional and educational programs in line with business objectives.
• Maintain high level of customer service and responsiveness for long-term growth.
