Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Bridgewater, NJ. You will manage purchase orders, coordinate quality labeling change projects, and support external manufacturing and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2–5+ years in supply chain, strong ERP knowledge (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle), Excel expertise, and the ability to track milestones, analyze data, and report on purchasing activity.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, or project coordination.
• Experience managing POs, approvals, reporting, and financial reconciliations.
• ERP knowledge required (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full PO lifecycle: creation, approvals, change orders, and closure.
• Process 100–150 POs monthly using ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Finance and AP to resolve discrepancies and track payments.
• Maintain PO tracking reports and monitor delays or risks.
• Coordinate quality labeling change projects across multiple teams.
• Support forecasting, project tracking, and risk escalation.
