Job summary

Natco Pharma USA, based in Northern New Jersey, is seeking an experienced supply chain and commercial operations professional to manage inventory planning, purchasing, batch receipt and release, imports, logistics, compliance documentation, and operational reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and CMOs to maintain product availability and support timely execution of supply plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Operations, or Pharmacy.
• 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, commercial operations, inventory management, logistics, or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Planning and Replenishment: review inventory reports, forecast changes, supplier lead times, and packaging schedules.
• Purchasing and Supplier Coordination: coordinate forecasts, purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Contract Packaging Operations: develop packaging schedules and coordinate third-party packaging activities.
• Batch Receipt and Release Coordination: review shipping and batch documentation and support release requests.
• Import, Freight, and Compliance Support: coordinate import shipments and resolve documentation and clearance issues.
• Reporting and Operational Support: prepare inventory, cash flow, invoice, and operational reports.
