Job summary

Natco Pharma USA, based in Northern New Jersey, seeks an experienced supply chain and commercial operations professional to manage inventory planning, purchasing, packaging coordination, batch receipt/release, imports, logistics, and compliance.

The role requires 5–10 years in pharma supply chain, strong Excel and ERP skills, and English proficiency. Candidate must work from Parsippany four days a week during business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5–10 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or related areas.
• Knowledge of POs, forecasting, inventory reporting, imports, and 3PL.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and trackers.
• Excellent organization, communication, analytical judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with external partners.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Planning and Replenishment: review reports, forecast changes, and lead times to identify needs.
• Purchasing and Supplier Coordination: manage POs, production schedules, and timelines.
• Contract Packaging Operations: coordinate packaging schedules and third- party activities.
• Batch Receipt and Release: review docs, ensure release readiness, maintain records.
• Import, Freight, and Compliance Support: coordinate imports and documentation.
• Reporting and Operational Support: prepare inventory/cash flow/operational reports.
