Qualifications

• Lead projects transitioning into a new Supply Chain and New Product Introduction programs to deliver business results.
• Creating and managing the Project Timeline, and identify key Milestones.
• Leading weekly team meetings.
• Adherence to overall project plan and timeline.
• Lead meetings with timelines, milestones, charts on projects to ensure timeline met and communication to key stakeholders and team members.
• Recommend key metrics and keep projects on track.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Process Maps as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution for Supply Chain and New Product Introduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and status reports.
• Lead weekly meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to the overall project plan and timelines.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and document key decisions and actions.
• Define metrics to monitor project health and impact.
• Prepare presentation materials and process maps as required.
