Job summary

CG Life seeks a Senior Project Manager in the United States to lead complex marketing initiatives from initiation through completion. You will ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while meeting client and internal expectations.

Work with Account Management, Creative, Strategy and Production; manage budgets and timelines; mentor junior staff; and document progress using tools like Workfront, Smartsheet, and Hive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 5+ years of project management in integrated advertising/marketing
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects across campaigns, launches, digital and print
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Own end-to-end project facilitation and stakeholder alignment
• Manage project documentation, change orders, and budget reconciliation
• Monitor risks and issues, report progress, and keep clients informed
