Job summary

Princeton10, LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the successful execution of pharmaceutical marketing projects for clients. You will coordinate internal resources and oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

The role reports to a Project Director and is based in the United States. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, monitor budgets and timelines, and proactively plan resourcing with team leads to deliver campaigns on time and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field with 4–8 years PM experience in a pharma marketing agency.
Proven track record of building and managing client relationships and delivering marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical industry on time and on budget.
Strong understanding of US/Canada regulatory compliance and MLR submission and approval process.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns and projects are executed.
Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Plan and manage resourcing with team leads.
