Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related security experience.
• Minimum 2 years of security experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• May hold applicable state security licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers and Leads to ensure posts follow orders and reports are filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; conducts performance discussions with employees.
• Trains Officers; reviews post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and communicates with client and management.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
• Meets client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
• Performs supervisory duties including interviewing, scheduling, coaching, and hiring recommendations.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
