Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail preferred.
• Security supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client site; ensure post orders followed and rounds completed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; documents coaching actions and disciplinary steps.
• Trains Security Officers; reviews post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submissions to the company.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files and submits needed reports.
• Inspects posts and briefs subordinates on tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets client representatives to confirm security requirements and service quality.
• Performs supervisory duties including interviewing, training, directing work, and appraising performance.
