You will source through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media, screen and interview candidates, and guide them through hiring manager interviews. You will attend job fairs and recruitment events while collaborating with internal hiring managers to target profiles and present a slate of best-fit candidates for

Competenze

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong recruitment experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven ability to deliver high level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient with ATS and MS Office tools.
