You will develop territory plans, build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced, performance-based culture. The role emphasizes high integrity, strong customer service, and the ability to translate market opportunities into actionable activities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in quota-driven role.
• Some education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Demonstration of sustained high performance and learning aptitude.
• High sense of urgency with regards to customer service orientation.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of market opportunities.
• Knowledge of territory business is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
• High integrity and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to customers within a defined geography.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve business results.
• Use knowledge of pharmacology products, healthcare markets, and managed care to meet customer needs.
• Understand territory management and customer development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Participate in company sales meetings and regional calls.
• Model company standards and ethics in all business activities.
• Other related duties as required.
