Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a results-oriented Contract Recruiter to support project-based hiring, focusing on pharmaceutical sales roles. This flexible, variable-hour contract position may range from 0–40 hours per week and requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to manage sourcing through offer.

Required experience includes talent acquisition, ATS usage (Workday preferred), and ideally pharmaceutical sales recruiting. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Workday experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, requirements, and priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via job boards, networks, referrals, social media.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for pharmaceutical sales roles.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, assess candidates against requirements.
• Present qualified candidates with thorough documentation to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and teams.
• Manage recruiting activities in Workday: postings, statuses, offers.
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.
• Monitor progress, follow up on actions, adjust priorities as needed.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly recruiting activity metrics.
