Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies across job boards, networks, referrals, and social media.
• Screen applicants, conduct phone screens, and document assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and teams.
• Manage recruiting in Workday from posting to offer processing.
