Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting; familiarity with Workday preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for pharmaceutical sales roles.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates against requirements.
• Present qualified candidates with thorough documentation to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and teams throughout the process.
• Manage recruiting activities in Workday, including postings and status updates.
• Maintain candidate engagement and adjust priorities as needs change.
• Meet or exceed recruitment activity metrics and objectives.
