Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a flexible, contract Recruiter to support pharmaceutical sales hiring, partnering with internal stakeholders to drive requirements and manage the end-to-end process from sourcing through offers.

The role features variable hours (0-40 per week) and a fast-paced environment. You will build candidate pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a compliant, engaging candidate experience while using Workday for requisitions and updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing or equivalent.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Workday preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via boards, networks, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for pharma sales openings.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and assess against requirements.
• Present qualified candidates with documentation to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the process.
• Manage recruiting activities in Workday (posting, tracking, updating statuses, offers).
• Keep candidates engaged and informed; monitor progress and adjust priorities.
