IQVIA is recruiting a Contract Recruiter to support project-based hiring for pharmaceutical sales roles. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building a robust candidate pipeline while partnering with internal stakeholders to align on hiring priorities.

The position offers flexible hours (0–40 per week) and a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior pharma sales recruiting experience and Workday proficiency are highly valued.

Competenze

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in pharma sales.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Workday preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales recruiting experience is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, networks, referrals and social channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for pharmaceutical sales roles.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate activity and documentation in Workday.
• Meet daily/weekly recruiting activity targets and adapt priorities as needed.
