Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a results-oriented Contract Recruiter to support project-based hiring for pharmaceutical sales. This flexible, variable-hour contract role collaborates with stakeholders to source, screen, and place top candidates, managing the process from sourcing through offer.

Responsibilities include building pipelines, coordinating interviews, maintaining compliance, and leveraging Workday for posting and tracking. Prior pharma sales recruiting and SR processes are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred).
• Pharmaceutical sales recruiting background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, networks, referrals, and social channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for pharmaceutical sales roles.
• Screen applications and resumes, conduct phone screens, assess against requirements.
• Present qualified candidates with thorough documentation to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and teams.
• Manage recruiting activities in Workday, including posting, tracking, and offers.
