Precision Medical is seeking a consistent and driven Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to promote and maintain a high level of sales within a defined geography in the United States. Responsibilities include territory planning, promoting products, and participating in company meetings while upholding high integrity and urgency in customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or ability in quota-driven roles is required.
• Some education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
• Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of market opportunities.
• Ability to acquire industry certifications and credentials.
• Knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred.
• Completion of entry Pharmaceutical Sales training or industry education.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
• Must be highly ethical and maintain integrity.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve business results.
• Use knowledge of pharmacology, healthcare markets, managed care and customer needs to meet sales goals.
• Establish and maintain strong communications with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Participate in scheduled sales meetings and regional conference calls.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in business and compliance matters.
• Perform other related duties as required.
