Job summary

Precision Medical seeks a results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to promote and sell products within a defined geography in the United States. You will develop territory plans, build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, and drive compliant, high-performance sales.

The ideal candidate has sales experience in quota-driven roles, knowledge of pharmaceutical products, strong communication, urgency, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Sales abilities or sales experience in quota-driven role.
• Some education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning.
• High sense of urgency in particular with regards to customer service orientation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities.
• Must be able to acquire all industry certifications and/or credentials.
• Strong knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred.
• Completion of some entry Pharmaceutical Sales training or industry education.
• Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented.
• Must maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all times.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize and execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means.
• Uses knowledge of pharmacology products, healthcare, and customer markets to meet customer needs.
• Establish and maintain communications with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Participate in scheduled sales meetings, district and regional calls and other business meetings.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling company standards and policies.
• Other related duties as required.
