Job summary

Precision Medical is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to promote and sell products across a defined geography. You will build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, execute territory plans, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets while upholding ethical standards.

The role requires strong sales aptitude, healthcare product knowledge, and a high level of urgency in customer service. Interviews are conducted promptly, with a commitment to diversity and equal opportunity

Qualifications

• Some sales abilities or experience in quota driven role.
• Some education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning.
• High sense of urgency in particular with regards to customer service orientation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities.
• Must be able to acquire all industry certifications and/or credentials.
• Strong knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred.
• Completion of some entry Pharmaceutical Sales training or industry education
• Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented.
• Must maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all times.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize and execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means.
• Use knowledge of pharmacology products, healthcare, and markets to meet customer needs.
• Establish and maintain communications with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Participate in Company sales meetings, district and regional calls.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity with company standards and policies.
