Job summary

Precision Medical is seeking a results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to promote and sell products within a defined geography, building strong relationships with physicians and healthcare providers while expanding market reach.

You will participate in district meetings, execute territory plans, and uphold high ethical standards in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. The role focuses on customer service, timely communication, and delivering compliant, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

Some sales ability in quota-driven role.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical/healthcare products.
Demonstrated sustained high performance and learning aptitude.
Urgency with customer service orientation.
Strong business acumen and market opportunity awareness.
Must acquire industry credentials.
Knowledge of assigned territory market preferred.
Completion of entry pharma sales training.
Thrives in fast-paced, performance-based culture.
High integrity and ethics.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
Develop, analyze, prioritize and execute territory plans to achieve results.
Use knowledge of pharmacology products, healthcare, and managed care to meet customer needs.
Establish and maintain communications with physicians and healthcare providers.
Participate in scheduled company sales meetings and district/regional calls.
Demonstrate honesty and integrity aligned with company standards and policies.
Other related duties as required.
