Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Performance Manager to lead the embedded sales representative team, overseeing hiring, performance reviews, travel logistics and compliance. You’ll partner closely with client managers and Amplity leadership to ensure compliant use of tools and effective program knowledge.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and pharmaceutical sales management experience, with travel up to 50% and strong communication skills to manage relationships with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pharmaceutical representative management experience required.
• Experience hiring, coaching and performance management of pharmaceutical sales representatives.
• Must be able to demonstrate or secure credentialing as required by healthcare providers for access to facilities.
• Ability to travel to meetings and functions (including overnight/weekends).
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide interviewing and hiring activity for the client team.
• Review and approve all employee expense reports.
• Manage employee performance management, reviews, coaching and terminations.
• Ensure daily sales call activity meets defined expectations.
• Communicate effectively and compliantly with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Company Program.
• Coordinate progress with Amplity Project Manager.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Comply with laws, policies and privacy guidelines.
• Participate in teleconferences and training sessions; represent client at events.
• Travel average 50% for conventions or meetings.
