Job summary

Amplity, a full-service go-to partner for biopharma, seeks a Performance Manager in Michigan to lead hiring, performance reviews, expense approvals, and compliance for the embedded sales team. You will collaborate with client managers and Amplity leadership to ensure proper tools and program knowledge are maintained.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and pharmaceutical sales management experience; travel ~50% is expected, including conventions and national meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pharmaceutical sales management experience required.
• Experience hiring and performance management of pharmaceutical sales reps.
• Must be able to travel including overnight/weekend.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire client team members
• Review and approve expense reports
• Manage performance evaluations and coaching
• Monitor daily sales call activity
• Communicate with customers in a compliant manner
• Maintain knowledge of Company Program
• Report progress to Amplity leadership
• Travel to meetings and conventions as needed
