Job summary

Amplity is a full-service partner for biopharma, delivering medical and commercial services across drug lifecycles. We are seeking a Performance Manager to lead hiring, performance reviews, expense approvals, and compliance for the embedded sales representative team.

You will work with client managers and Amplity leadership to ensure compliant programs and effective customer activity. Travel up to 50% is expected for conventions and meetings; a Bachelor’s degree and pharma management experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pharmaceutical representative management experience required.
• Experience hiring, coaching and performance management of pharmaceutical sales representatives.
• Must be able to travel to work related meetings and functions (including overnight and/or weekend).
• A valid driver's license and safe driving record is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide all interviewing and hiring activity for the client team.
• Review and approve all employee expense reports.
• Manage employee performance management, reviews, coaching, and terminations.
• Ensure daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, are met.
• Effectively and compliantly communicate with customers.
• Prepare reports for management as needed.
• Fully comply with all laws, regulations and Amplity Health policies.
