Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee hiring, performance evaluations, expense approvals, and compliance for the embedded sales representative team. The role partners with client managers and Amplity leadership to ensure tools for product and program promotion are used and knowledge is current.

The position requires leading performance management, coaching, and reporting, with travel approximately 50% to conventions and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pharmaceutical sales management experience required.
• Experience hiring, coaching and performance management of pharmaceutical sales representatives.
• Ability to travel to work-related meetings and functions (including overnight/weekend).
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide interviewing and hiring activity for the client team.
• Review and approve all employee expense reports.
• Manage employee performance evaluations, coaching, and terminations.
• Ensure daily sales call activity meets defined expectations.
• Communicate effectively and compliantly with customers.
