GLOBALRx Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales & Global Procurement Specialist in Hillsborough, NC. This hybrid role blends sales, business development, procurement, and product sourcing to support hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.

You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with customers and suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage quotes through shipment. Remote opportunities exist for experienced professionals with a proven book of business.

Qualificações

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, procurement, pharmacy, healthcare sales, medical distribution, or pharmaceutical wholesale preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, NDCs, brands/generics, dosage forms, or pharmaceutical supply chains is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, suppliers, quotes, and orders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business software/ERP systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business with hospitals, pharmacies, pharmaceutical distributors, wholesalers, importers, and other healthcare organizations.
• Prospect and develop new customer accounts through phone, email, LinkedIn, industry contacts, and inbound inquiries.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and grow existing accounts.
• Identify customer needs, pharmaceutical shortages, and difficult-to-source product opportunities.
• Prepare and present customer quotes.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to convert them into orders.
• Identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
• Source branded, generic, specialty, injectable, and difficult-to-find pharmaceutical products.
• Research backordered and shortage medications.
• Develop relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Request and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and purchasing terms.
• Compare sourcing options based on price, availability, lead time, and customer requirements.
• Monitor pharmaceutical shortages, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
• Identify new suppliers and sourcing channels in the U.S. and internationally.
• Coordinate customer orders from quote through shipment.
• Process and manage purchase orders.
• Work closely with procurement, sales, warehouse, logistics, quality, and accounting teams.
• Coordinate specialty, cold-chain, and controlled products when applicable.
• Track orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer, supplier, pricing, and opportunity information.
• Help ensure orders are executed accurately and efficiently.
