Job summary

Red Oak Sourcing, a joint venture between CVS Health and Cardinal Health, seeks an Analyst, Strategic Pharmaceutical Sourcing to support contract administration and demand forecasting for one of the largest generic pharmaceutical purchasing programs in the U.S.

You will develop strong working knowledge of the generic pharma industry, collaborate with internal stakeholders and supplier partners, and drive improvements in forecasting and reporting while operating in a hybrid, home-and-office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in quantitative/technical field (business, supply chain, economics, finance).
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives with significant business impact.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliverables with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; build long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and supplier partners.
• Results-driven in a fast-paced yet collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; willingness to learn new subject matter.
• Confident, results-oriented mindset with urgency.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Contract Management
• Review, correct, and process all new contracts for Red Oak Sourcing
• Process edits and adjustments to existing contracts
• Utilize workflow management tools to ensure timely and accurate contract processing
• Establish strong communication with internal contract owners and supplier partners to meet deadlines
• Forecast Planning
• Generate product-specific forecasts using historical data and other factors
• Manage a significant queue of usage requests from supplier partners, prioritizing deliverables
• Drive improvements with reporting tools to efficiently manage forecasting workflow
