Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee the site QA program, ensure SOP and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Quality leadership to drive improvements.

The role supervises QA staff, reviews batch records and labeling, and coordinates CAPA investigations, audits, and metrics. Onsite, full-time with a comprehensive benefits package and a $62k–$70k salary range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with QA/manufacturing experience in pharma.
• Experience in aseptic operations and cleanroom environments.
• Knowledge of GDP/USP standards and QA practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital QMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site QA activities and provide hands-on leadership.
• Review documentation, batch records, and label reconciliation for compliance.
• Coordinate investigations for deviations and CAPA tasks with QA team.
• Support internal and external audits and track weekly quality metrics.
• Escalate quality, safety, or compliance risks to QA Manager/PIC.
• Promote cleanroom compliance and smooth floor-to-quality communication.
